位于深圳灣超級(jí)總部基地，總建筑面積約60萬平方米，地處深圳填海區(qū)域，毗鄰深圳3條地鐵主干線，建成后將成為以居住、商業(yè)、辦公為主要導(dǎo)向的大型城市綜合體。

The center is located in the super headquarters base of Shenzhen bay with a total floor area of about 600,000 square meters. It stands in Shenzhen reclamation area, adjacent to the three main metro lines of Shenzhen. When completed, it will become a large-scale urban complex oriented mainly to residential, commercial and office work.

深灣匯云中心J座超高層由地下室、裙房及塔樓組成，主體結(jié)構(gòu)采用“鋼筋混凝土核心筒+鋼結(jié)構(gòu)輻射梁+勁性柱”體系。

The ultra high-rise of Block J of Shenwan Huiyun Center consists of a basement, a podium and a tower. The main structure adopts the system of “reinforced concrete core tube + steel structure radiant beam + stiff column”.
